He boasts an impressive track record of closing both large-cap and mid-market transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $20 billion. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with Honors distinction from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Tristan has two decades of experience as an investment banker focused on strategic M&A and growth capital raising for global technology & software businesses. Prior to founding Arcadia Capital, Tristan was a senior investment banker at AGC Partners, Intrepid (where he founded and Co-Headed the Software & services practice), The Presidio Group, Alantra, and Bank of America / Merrill Lynch. He boasts an impressive track record, having closed more than 75 transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $10 billion. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance with Honors distinction from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Tristan is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC Member FINRA / SIPC.

Brooks has more than 12 years of experience in strategic M&A and growth capital advisory to technology and software companies. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, Brooks was an investment banker at Aeris Partners, Stifel, William Blair, and Harris Williams. Throughout his career, he has advised on transactions representing more than $10B in aggregate transaction value. He holds a B.A. from Colgate University and an M.B.A from Duke University.

Manish has more than 8 years of experience in strategic M&A and growth capital advisory. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, Manish was a Vice President at SG Analytics and UBS India. He boasts an impressive track record, having closed 10+ transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $2 billion. He holds a B. Com in Banking and Finance from Symbiosis University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Sri Balaji University.

Sean has more than 4 years of experience in strategic M&A and growth capital advisory. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, Sean held highly relevant positions as an Analyst with TM Capital and Scura Partners. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an M.S. in Finance with Honors from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Zach brings 6 years of experience in strategic growth capital advisory and investing. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, Zach was an Associate at Citi where he focused on leveraged finance. Prior to Citi, Zach was an Investment Analyst at a leading family office where he executed debt & equity investments in high growth companies. He holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Brandon spent 2 years working as an Associate for KPMG’s Advisory practice. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, he was responsible for connecting C-Suite level executives across Fortune 500 companies with KPMG’s wide range of Advisory solutions. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.

Hunter brings over a year of experience working with a variety of stakeholders across the venture capital and private equity communities. Prior to joining Arcadia, Hunter held relevant positions at Riverside Acceleration Capital and Capvision. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Oberlin College.

Kiran has more than 3 years of experience in M&A and growth capital advisory. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, Kiran was an Analyst at SG Analytics and ABI Analytics. She holds a B.E. in Civil from Pune University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Mumbai University.
