Michael has more than 20 years of experience in strategic M&A, growth capital advisory, and software business operations. Prior to founding Arcadia Capital, Michael was a leading investment banker at Lazard Freres, Barclays Capital, and AGC Partners. Additionally, Michael helped navigate SuccessFactors through a successful sale to SAP as VP of Business Operations. He boasts an impressive track record of closing both large-cap and mid-market transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $20 billion. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with Honors distinction from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Mike is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC Member FINRA / SIPC.
Tristan Snyder
Co-CEO & Founder
Tristan has two decades of experience as an investment banker focused on strategic M&A and growth capital raising for global Technology businesses. Prior to founding Arcadia Capital, Tristan was a senior investment banker at AGC Partners, Intrepid (where he founded and Co-Headed the Software & services practice), The Presidio Group, Alantra, and Bank of America / Merrill Lynch. He boasts an impressive track record, having closed more than 75 transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $10 billion. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance with Honors distinction from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Tristan is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC Member FINRA / SIPC.

Manish Mishra
Vice President
Manish has over 7 years of experience in strategic M&A and growth capital advisory. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, Manish was working with SG Analytics and UBS India. He boasts an impressive track record, having closed 10+ transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $2 billion. He holds a B. Com in Banking and Finance from Symbiosis University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Sri Balaji University.
Matthew Duff
Senior Associate
Matt brings over 5 years of experience working as a trusted M&A advisor to both public and private companies around the world. Prior to joining Arcadia, Matt worked as an investment banker for Canaccord Genuity and Capstone Partners. In his tenure, he has closed technology transactions cumulatively valued at nearly $3 billion. Matt graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Finance & Business Analytics.
Sean Smith
Analyst
Sean has more than 2 years of experience in strategic M&A and growth capital advisory. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, Sean held highly relevant positions as an Analyst with TM Capital and Scura Partners. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an M.S. in Finance with Honors from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Brandon Glover
Analyst
Brandon spent 2 years working as an Associate for KPMG’s Advisory practice. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, he was responsible for connecting C-Suite level executives across Fortune 500 companies with KPMG’s wide range of Advisory solutions. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.

Analyst
Hunter brings over a year of experience working with a variety of stakeholders across the venture capital and private equity communities. Prior to joining Arcadia, Hunter held relevant positions at Riverside Acceleration Capital and Capvision. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Oberlin College.
Kiran Kharat
Analyst
Kiran has more than 3 years of experience in strategic M&A and growth capital advisory. Prior to joining Arcadia Capital, Kiran was working at SG Analytics and ABI Analytics. She holds a B.E. in Civil from Pune University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Mumbai University.
